Modifies notification requirements of sex offenders attending schools.

Requires a school district or department of public safety of an institution of higher education, that receives notice that a person who is required to register as a sex offender plans to attend the school, to notify certain parties.

Requires school districts to collect residential addresses and e-mail addresses of parents, legal guardians, students who are eighteen years of age or older, and school district personnel.
