Requires the fish and wildlife commission, upon authorizing commercial fishing for salmon with gill net or purse seine gear within certain waters, to adopt rules specifying weekly fishing schedules for both gear types that provide an equal amount of time opened during each week to take salmon with both gill net and purse seine gear types.
