Authorizes an individual to petition to have his or her right to possess a firearm restored only at: (1) The court of record that ordered the prohibition; or

(2) The superior court in the county in which the petitioner resides.

Requires the clerk of the superior court to keep records of the number of petitions filed for restoration and the outcome of the petitions.
