Regulates elder and vulnerable adult referral agencies.

Requires the department of social and health services and the department of health to convene a work group of stakeholders to collaboratively identify and implement a uniform standard for information pertaining to the enforcement status of a provider that must be disclosed to the client.

Requires the department of licensing to convene a work group of stakeholders to consider the feasibility of establishing licensure for elder and vulnerable adult referral agencies described in the act.
