Prohibits a licensee, or employee of a licensee, of a collection agency from: (1) Requesting, if a claim has been reduced to judgment, that a court or judge issue an order for a debtor to attend special proceedings; or

(2) Submitting an affidavit or other request asking a superior or district court to take certain action.
