Modifies industrial insurance long-term disability provisions relating to: (1) Permanent partial disability awards;

(2) Limiting pension awards following a permanent partial disability award;

(3) Allowing a settlement option for injured workers age fifty-five and older;

(4) Terminating pensions when the workplace residuals are not the predominant factor in a workers' inability to work or be retrained;

(5) Creating the stay-at-work program;

(6) Allowing wages for persons receiving long-term disability; and

(7) Creating the safety and health projects program.
