Prohibits a contract between a health care service contractor and a participating provider from requiring a participating provider to maintain active staff privileges at a hospital when that participating provider's hospitalized patients are solely admitted to, and cared for by, hospitalists or other hospital-based health care providers who are participating providers of the health care service contractor.
