Seeks consent of congress, through an interstate health care compact, to give the legislatures of the member states the primary responsibility to regulate health care in their respective states. |
Creates the interstate advisory health care commission to collect information and data to assist the member states in their regulation of health care. |
Requires a Washington state member of the commission to notify the code reviser's office of: (1) The effective date of the compact; and |
(2) The withdrawal of the state from the compact or any event that causes dissolution of the compact. |
