Requires the department of licensing to: (1) Notify a driver's employer, if the employer is on file with the department, upon a determination regarding the suspension, revocation, or cancellation of a commercial driver's license or disqualification of the driver from operating a commercial motor vehicle; and

(2) Establish a voluntary database in which an employer may register an employee for which the employer wishes to receive the notification mentioned above.
