Requires a taxing district to reduce the assessed value of any property in which a portion of the property is required to be set aside for the purpose of environmental protection, critical area protection, wetland protection, salmon protection, stream or creek buffers, storm water retention, forest preservation, aquifer protection, or any other restriction.
