Allows licensed distillers, manufacturers, domestic breweries, microbreweries, and domestic wineries to: (1) Create joint tasting locations where participating licensees may market and sell their products; and

(2) Serve samples of, and sell at retail, liquor of its own production for consumption on and off the premises, at up to two locations separate from its production or manufacturing sites.
