Requires the office of financial management to: (1) Include in its six-year facility plan, a list of surplus properties, including the property, agency ownership, approximate value, and original fund source used to acquire or construct the property; and |
(2) Coordinate with the department of enterprise services to actively list any properties identified as surplus. |
Requires the department of enterprise services to submit a report annually to the appropriate legislative fiscal committees and the office of financial management on the status of certain surplus property. |
Requires agencies, departments, boards, commissions, and institutions of this state to provide to the office of financial management a list of properties that are identified to be surplus. |
