Changes the name of the joint select committee on education accountability to the joint select committee on education finance and accountability.

Requires the committee to: (1) Identify revenue sources to adequately fund the state's education system; and

(2) Assist the legislature in meeting the requirements of the McCleary decision in a timely manner.
