Requires adult family homes and boarding homes to provide notice when a resident or a prospective resident of the facility is a registered sex offender or a registered kidnapping offender.

Authorizes the department of social and health services to take certain actions if an adult family home or a boarding home fails to notify residents and their representatives of a registered sex offender or registered kidnapping offender.
