Creates the medicine return corporation to finance and operate a product stewardship program for the collection, transportation, and disposal of unwanted covered drugs.

Authorizes the board of pharmacy to suspend the product stewardship program under certain circumstances.

Exempts from disclosure under the public records act, producer information provided to the medicine return corporation or the board of pharmacy to determine apportionment costs.

Creates the pharmaceutical product stewardship program account.
