Transfers to the department of revenue all powers, duties, and functions of the department of licensing pertaining to the administration of chapter 19.02 RCW (business license center act), chapter 19.80 RCW (trade names), and chapter 59.30 RCW (manufactured/mobile home communities--dispute resolution and registration).
