Requires public high schools, within existing resources, to inform students and their families about opportunities to complete a baccalaureate degree program in three years.

Requires institutions of higher education to: (1) Include in their admissions materials and on their web sites accelerated baccalaureate degree programs as well as additional opportunities to complete a baccalaureate degree program in three years; and

(2) Provide that information to the higher education coordinating board.
