Creates the agency reallocation and realignment of Washington commission on restructuring state government to: (1) Review budget, revenue, and caseload forecasts and estimates;

(2) Examine current subsidies and tax breaks;

(3) Examine current operations and organization of state government; and

(4) Evaluate operational and organizational restructuring possibilities.
