Modifies provisions of the office of regulatory assistance relating to: (1) Duties of the office and the director;

(2) Information to local jurisdictions;

(3) Attendance at project scoping meetings;

(4) Participating agencies to designate a single point of contact for coordinating with the office;

(5) Cost-reimbursement agreements; and

(6) Expenditures from the multiagency permitting team account.
