Prohibits transporting, moving, attempting to transport, concealing, harboring, or sheltering from detection any alien within the state.

Prohibits the department of licensing from issuing a driver's license to a person who cannot provide proof of United States citizenship or status as a legal permanent resident alien.

Requires a reasonable effort to be made to determine the citizenship status of a person confined as a result of being charged with a felony or for driving under the influence.

Requires public employers to register with and use a status verification system to verify the federal employment authorization status of all new employees.
