On page 2, line 4, after "used" insert ". Any vehicle hauling household items and furniture must have such items securely fastened to the vehicle and, if above the freeboard of the vehicle, must have a cover that is securely attached to the vehicle to prevent such items from escaping from the vehicle"
On page 2, line 9, after "spillage." insert "Any vehicle hauling household items and furniture must have such items securely fastened to the vehicle and, if above the freeboard of the vehicle, must have a cover that is securely attached to the vehicle to prevent such items from escaping from the vehicle."
EFFECT: Requires that any vehicle hauling household items and furniture must have such items securely fastened to the vehicle and, if above the freeboard of the vehicle, must have a cover that is securely attached to the vehicle to prevent such items from escaping from the vehicle.
