On page 2, line 4, after "used" insert ". The covered load requirements under this subsection (3)(a) do not apply to agricultural or mined products that are not susceptible to escaping from a vehicle hauling these types of loads"
On page 2, line 9, after "spillage." insert "The covered load requirements under this subsection (3)(b) do not apply to agricultural or mined products that are not susceptible to escaping from a vehicle hauling these types of loads."
EFFECT: Provides an exemption from covered load requirements for vehicles hauling agricultural or mined products that are not susceptible to escaping.
