    On page 1, after line 14, insert the following:

    "(3) The county legislative authority must give notice of any change in the location of a regular meeting as provided in RCW 42.30.075."

EFFECT:   Requires the county legislative authority to notify constituents of changes in the location of a regular meeting in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA).  The applicable statute of the OPMA provides that notice of any change in the time and place of a regular meeting must be published in the Washington state register at least 20 days prior to the meeting date.
