    On page 19, after line 5, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 6. If specific funding for purposes of the firearm disposition alternative interventions under section 1 of this act, referencing this act by bill or chapter and section number, is not provided by June 30, 2013, in the omnibus appropriations act, this act is null and void."

    Correct the title.

EFFECT:  Provides that the act is null and void if specific funding is not provided for the interventions aimed at reducing aggressive or violent behavior under the new firearm disposition alternative.
