    On page 6, at the beginning of line 35, strike "((and)) utility services, and economic development" and insert "and utility services"

EFFECT: Changes the manner in which "economic development" makes certain tribal properties exempt from taxation.  (Instead of listing economic development as an essential government service, economic development is a separate category of use that makes certain tribal properties exempt from taxation.)
