    On page 5, line 21, after "burdensome." insert "The department shall use the same format or formats for electronic service as the department of revenue uses for electronic service of a notice and order to withhold and deliver under RCW 82.32.235."

EFFECT:   Requires the Department of Labor & Industries to use the same format for electronic service of notices of withhold and deliver as the Department of Revenue.
