    On page 1, line 24 of the striking amendment, after "(1)" strike all material through "state" on line 25 and insert "If required by a vote of the residents of a manufactured housing community, a person must not manage the manufactured housing community"

    On page 2, line 2 of the striking amendment, after "chapter." insert "A vote of the residents of a manufactured housing community may be held no more frequently than once every two years."

EFFECT: Makes the requirement for manufactured housing community (MHC) manager training subject to a vote of the MHC residents.  Specifies that a vote may be held no more frequently than once every two years.
