    On page 7, beginning on line 17, after "adoption" strike all material through "RCW 26.33.300" on line 19

    On page 7, beginning on line 20, strike all of section 5

    Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.  Correct the title.

EFFECT:   Strikes the provisions requiring the Department of Health (DOH) to amend the adoption data card to indicate a second or subsequent adoption and share the information with the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS).

Strikes the provision requiring the DSHS to incorporate this data from the DOH into its tracking and reporting.
