    On page 3, after line 29, insert the following:

    "(d) The love, affection, and strength of the current relationship between the child and the respondent;"

    Reletter the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Adds "the love, affection, and strength of the current relationship between the child and the respondent" to the list of factors that a court shall consider when determining whether visitation is in the best interest of the child.
