On page 29, beginning on line 28, after "Sec. 301." strike all of
subsection (1) and insert the following:
"(1) Except as provided otherwise in this section, part I of this
act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,
health, or safety, or support of the state government and its existing
public institutions, and takes effect August 1, 2013."
Correct the title.
EFFECT: Adds an emergency clause in order for Part I to be effective August 1, 2013.
