Renumber the remaining sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.
EFFECT: Removes the provision of the bill that would change the
nonresident sales and use tax exemption into a refund program. Makes
technical corrections.
Decreases appropriations from the Education Legacy Trust Account by
$48.82 million. Eliminates the enhancement to Materials, Supplies &
Operating Cost per-student allocation.
