    On page 3, line 12, after "(3)" insert "(a)"

    On page 3, after line 21, insert the following:

    "(b) Nothing in this act prohibits the council from adopting the same rules or standards for each climate zone enumerated in (a) of this subsection."

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Provides that the State Building Code Council is not prohibited by the provisions of the underlying bill from adopting the same rules or standards for each of the state's climate zones.
