On page 5, beginning on line 3, after "subsection." strike all material through "thousand" on line 8 and insert "Any parcel that is less than five acres and used primarily to grow plants in containers does not qualify as "farm and agricultural land" if more than twenty-five percent of the parcel is open to the general public for on-site retail sales"
EFFECT: Strikes the provision limiting the bill to Pierce county.
Disallows the land to qualify under the current use program if more
than 25 percent of the parcel is open to the general public for on-site
retail sales.
