    On page 2, line 2, after "(i)" strike "Two hundred" and insert "One hundred twenty-five"

EFFECT: Increases the percent of the public works construction budget that may be performed by city employees from 9 to 10 percent. Decreases the amount of money that can be used for projects with more than one trade or craft involved from $200,000 to $125,000.
