    On page 7, line 13 of the striking amendment, after "privilege." insert "Access to any records that would violate attorney-client privilege shall not be provided without a court order unless otherwise required by court rule or caselaw."

EFFECT:  Provides that the Department of Social and Health Services and law enforcement will not be given access to records in the possession of mandated reporters if that access would violate attorney-client privilege, unless required by a court order or otherwise required by law.
