On page 6, after line 12, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 5 A new section is added to chapter 84.55 RCW
to read as follows:
State and local property taxes levied for collection in 2014 and
thereafter must be reduced by the amount of taxes levied in 2013 on
aircraft qualifying for the property tax exemption in section 4 of this
act."
Renumber the remaining section consecutively.
Correct the title.
EFFECT: Reduces the amount of state and local property taxes that may be levied for collection in 2014 by the amount of taxes exempted from property tax for commuter air carriers.
