    On page 2, line 11, after "feet," strike "must" and insert "should"

EFFECT: The surface area under the footprint of the tower and anchors is changed to "should have a contrasting appearance with any surrounding vegetation", instead of "must have a contrasting appearance with any surrounding vegetation".
