    On page 9, beginning on line 1 of the striking amendment, strike all of section 4

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Removes a null and void clause in the underlying striking amendment specifying that the bill is null and void unless specific funding for the bill is provided by June 30, 2014 in the omnibus appropriations act.
