    EFFECT:  Excludes an offender from eligibility for the Parenting Sentencing Alternative if he or she has committed Manslaughter in the second degree, Arson in the first degree, Assault in the second degree, Assault of a Child in the second degree, Burglary in the first degree, Child Molestation in the first degree, Drive-by Shooting, Homicide by Watercraft, Indecent Liberties committed by forcible compulsion, Kidnapping in the second degree, Possession of an explosive device with unlawful intent, Malicious Placement of an explosive device, Promoting Commercial Sexual Abuse of a Minor, Rape in the second degree, Rape of a Child in the first degree, Robbery in the first degree, Sexually Violent Predator escape, or Vehicular Homicide.
