On page 1, beginning on line 26 of the amendment, after "beer" strike all material through "64.24.244," on line 27
On page 3, after line 18 of the amendment, insert the following:
"(13) Nothing in this section limits the authority of the board to
regulate the sale of beer or container sizes under rules adopted
pursuant to RCW 66.08.030.
NEW SECTION. Sec. 2 This act expires July 1, 2016."

On page 3, line 20 of the title amendment, after "insert" strike the remainder of the title amendment and insert "amending RCW 66.24.360; and providing an expiration date."
EFFECT: Grocery store licensees may receive an endorsement to permit the sale of beer in growlers. Provisions in this bill do not affect the ability of the Liquor Control Board to regulate the sale of beer or the size of containers. Provisions in this bill expire July 1, 2016.
