On page 2, line 4, after "An" strike "archeological" and insert "archaeological"
On page 2, after line 7, insert the following:
"(4) The local government or agency shall respond to requests from
the owner of the real property for public records exempt under
subsection (1), (2), or (3) of this section by providing information to
the requestor on how to contact the department of archaeology and
historic preservation to obtain available locality information on
archaeological and cultural resources."
EFFECT: Corrects a typographical error.
Provides a process for property owners to get information on
property they own.
