On page 3, line 3, after "proceedings." insert "Where a building, or part of a building, is used at certain times for judicial purposes and at other times for other governmental purposes, this section shall apply only during the times when it is being used for judicial purposes."
EFFECT: Clarifies that an assault that takes place in an area of a building that is used for judicial purposes and other governmental purposes will be treated as an assault 3 under this act if the assault took place during a time when the building or part of the building is being used for judicial purposes.
