    On page 5, line 32, after "(iii)" insert "The offender has not committed a sex offense as defined in RCW 9.94A.030; (iv)"

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Excludes an offender who has committed a sex offense, as defined in RCW 9.94A.030, from receiving a thirty-day additional release credit.
