    On page 2, line 20, after "agency", strike "must" and insert "may".

    On page 2, line 32, after "office", strike "but must" and insert "and may complete".

    On page 2, after line 32, strike all of sections (i) and (ii).

    On page 3, beginning on line 2, strike all material down through "Complete".

    On page 3, line 4, after "Training" strike "must" and insert "may".

EFFECT:   Technical amendments to clarify that training for state and local elected officials and members of the governing bodies of public agencies is optional rather than mandatory.
