|
Hearing Date: 2/13/14
Staff: Megan Wargacki (786-7194).

public hearings on proposed school closures;
rentals or leases of surplus school district real property totaling $10,000 or more in value;
public hearings on proposed sales of school district real property exceeding $70,000 in value;
sales of surplus school district real property;
meetings for fixing and adopting the district budget for the next fiscal year; and
public hearings on the proposed issuance of nonvoted bonds in excess of $250,000.
School districts, Educational Service Districts, and other state or local educational agencies must provide notice when declaring books, equipment, materials, or certain facilities as surplus.

Appropriation: None.
Fiscal Note: Not requested.
