Background: A 2011 act reorganizing state government made numerous changes, including terminating certain agencies and creating others, including the Department of Enterprise Services. Several statutes were not revised to conform to the 2011 act and accordingly contain language that conflicts with or is inconsistent with the 2011 act.
Summary of Bill: Several provisions are revised, recodified, decodified, or repealed to conform to the 2011 act reorganizing state government.
