     AN ACT Relating to consolidating small loans and small consumer installment loans under chapter 31.45 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION.  Sec. 1   This act may be known and cited as the consolidating small loans and small consumer installment loans under chapter 31.45 RCW act.
