Expands the definitions of assault in the first and second degree to include the transmission of fluid infected with a disease, the normal course of which if untreated is death or serious bodily injury.

Prohibits a person with an HIV infection from having sexual intercourse with any other person, unless such other person has been informed of the presence of the infection.
