Addresses juvenile firearms and weapons crimes.

Requires the administrative office of the courts to collect and analyze data regarding evidence and research-based interventions provided to juvenile offenders who have been found to have committed certain firearm offenses.

Requires the state institute for public policy to study the data provided by the office and report to the appropriate committees of the legislature regarding the recidivism outcomes for offenders found to have committed certain firearm offenses, as well as a cost-benefit analysis of the individual evidence and research-based interventions provided to the offenders.
