Authorizes the superintendent of public instruction to enter into state-tribal education compacts and provides requirements for schools that are subject to such compacts.

Includes in a school district's levy base, certain funds allocated by the superintendent of public instruction to a school that is the subject of a state-tribal education compact and that formerly contracted with the school district to provide educational services through an interlocal agreement and received funding from the district.
